Project Description

The JW Group was contracted to provide a master plan update to meet the capacity demand until the year 2030. Project services included the preparation of a facility conditions assessment, terminal space program, traffic forecast, financial analysis, environmental analysis and preliminary architectural design services for the development of the passenger terminal and cargo facility. 

The work included:
  • Site inventory and passenger processing assessment
  • Conducting airport stakeholder meetings and interviews
  • Preparing demand capacity analysis
  • Preparation of terminal space program and facility requirements for the new passenger terminal and proposed cargo terminal
  • Preparing an Ultimate Development Plan
  • Preparation of complete architectural preliminary design documents for the passenger terminal and cargo terminal facilities
