Business advisory services were rendered for assessing the future staffing requirements to operate the new passenger terminal development which would handle an estimated 17.6 million passengers annually. The study included an analysis of existing airport operational procedures and an assessment of current staff positions and responsibilities. Recommendations were provided on how existing staff could be used more effectively in order to decrease operating costs and enhance operations. Airport business processes were reviewed and recommendations were prepared for streamlining key processes throughout all airport departments including airport operations, facilities & engineering, finance, planning and airport technology services.
