Project Description
As part of an Information Technology and Security Master Plan, The JW Group (JWG) was responsible for developing the IT Governance Strategy and establishing the IT Governance Committee (ITGC). Members of The JWG team authored IT governance recommendations, the ITGC charter and created the business justification, mission, objectives, processes, procedures, and roles and responsibilities of the IT Governance Committee. The JWG assisted key airport staff with facilitating the initial ITGC meetings and implementing the IT governance strategy at the airport. We were also responsible for developing both strategic and technical recommendations for enterprise asset management, which included a roadmap for a number of systems and potential system interfaces.
Additionally, The JWG developed technical and business recommendations for passenger analytics and location aware technology, human resource systems, finance and revenue management solutions, and properties and concession management technologies.
