Project Description

In anticipation of growth, the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) contracted The JW Group (JWG) to prepare an independent and objective assessment of the IT department to evaluate appropriateness of organizational structure, optimize performance, improve quality, promote innovation and the effective and efficient use of resources, and assist in identifying future resourcing needs. The JWG was also asked to provide consulting services “as needed” to senior leadership and the executive team members that resulted in updates to existing policies and procedures. Using The JWG Enterprise Assessment Framework, project objectives were achieved in a timely, cost-effective manner, thereby assisting the MNAA with becoming a “best of class” IT organization.
