Project Description
The JW Group (JWG) provided IT expertise in the areas of Operational and Business systems and applications for the 2012 IT Master Plan Update which included recommendations related to passenger processing, business and financial management systems, mobile application development and other infrastructure improvements including Wi-Fi, beacon technology and asset management. The JWG was part of a team that completed the 3rd iteration of the Orlando International Airport IT Master Plan in 2018. The major updates included focusing on internal IT, back-of-house systems, and operational systems to develop a systems integration approach and roadmap to data sharing, standards, reporting, business intelligence and key functional requirement for an integration platform and architecture. In addition, The JWG assisted with the development of an expansion plan for IT systems to the new south terminal complex.
