The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (PMGAA) contracted The JW Group (JWG) to provide assistance in planning, designing and implementing new business systems to replace a limited inventory of legacy finance and human resource systems and related custom-built database applications. To fulfill the request, The JWG performed business process mapping and analysis, identification of system requirements, development of ERP procurement documentation, support of the ERP procurement activities including reviewing responses, and assisting with training, data conversion, and system configuration as needed.
