Project Description
The JW Group (JWG) personnel were responsible for the development of the first Information Technology Master Plan (ITMP) for the Boeing Field / King County International Airport. The ITMP included a current conditions report, industry best practices, gap analysis, system and staffing recommendations, IT governance, and financial analysis. Included in the ITMP were airport communications infrastructure, telephony, business and IT systems, airside operational systems, airport landside operational systems, airport safety and security systems, airport facilities and maintenance systems, airport development systems, and airport administrative systems.
