Project Description
The JW Group (JWG) was part of a team of consultants in a multiyear capital development program to enhance IT systems and to provide increased support for Delta Airlines at the Salt Lake City International Airport. As part of that project, the team was involved with the coordination and design of numerous Information Systems and building programs simultaneously including enhancing the existing CCTV system.
As part of the overall design team, The JWG personnel performed the design of the CCTV system expansion in addition to the local area network, new communications rooms, and a fiber optic backbone system to support the addition of approximately 385 new cameras. The expanded system consists of new IP cameras networked through an expanded local area network that spans the entire airport campus.
