Project Description

The JW Group (JWG) was contracted by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) to develop the necessary procurement documentation for a new Video Management System (VMS) to provide MNAA with a solution that met all their current and future security requirements.

To support this effort, the following tasks were performed:
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement documentation development
  • Work with stakeholders to develop draft technical requirements
  • Develop draft RFP documentation in coordination with BNA procurement specialists
  • Lead a review workshop (on-site) with stakeholders and sponsors to review the draft VMS procurement documentation and incorporate the comments to develop the final VMS RFP
  • Procurement support for process, pre-proposal meetings, responses to RFI’s (as required) and review and provide input to the RFP responses received
