The JW Group (JWG) was the on-site project manager for a multi-discipline team, contracted on a 5 year on-call services contract for the Greater Orlando Airport Authority (GOAA) to perform Master Planning, Conceptual Design, and Implementation Oversight Services. The initial task order included the development of an Information Technology Strategic Plan to support the GOAA IT initiatives including development of a robust flexible infrastructure to support continual changes in the technology environment, business process improvements, enhanced situation awareness and migration toward an enterprise architecture framework. Members of the team provided planning services to update the IT Strategic Master Plan, deliver new mobile enhancements, update the Access Control System (ACS) solution and develop requirements for a number of new business and operations solutions.
