Project Description

Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) conducted an IT&T Master Plan for the Tucson International Airport.  JWG personnel served leading roles and developed this IT&T Master Plan.  The Plan addressed the requirements of the TAA, its tenants, and the traveling public and served as a clear road map toward meeting the TAA IT and business goals.  The Plan included review and analysis of current IT systems, development of a physical infrastructure conceptual design, IT staffing analysis and IT governance, analysis of operational wireless (450 MHz and 800 MHz)  requirements, development of unlicensed wireless policy, development of an implementation plan.
