Project Description

Cleveland Airport completed a port wide strategic plan. The plan articulated numerous goals and objectives to improve customer service, enhance safety, improve internal communications and operations. Technology played a key role in achieving these goals. Members of the proposed team were used in a supporting role in the development of the plan. The project included several on site senior management workshops and integration with the on-going airport master plan.

The plan focused on a number of key issues including:

Validation of the current state of technology and systems in place at CLE.
Development of key performance indicators
Validation of “As-Is” and “To-Be” Business processes that will benefit through changes in technology.
Determining Technology “Ownership”.
Identification of new technologies and revenue opportunities
Reviewing O&M best practices and costs
Development of a clear technology “roadmap”
Development of technology funding plan
