Project Description
The JW Group was a key member of the design team responsible for the design and development of new cabling infrastructure and local area network requirements to support the Access Control System (ACS) Upgrade. The design included technical specifications and drawings detailing room layouts, rack elevations, cabling and network logics, and cost estimates. Activities included survey and assessment of existing communications infrastructure, review of existing documentation, stakeholder interviews and workshops to define and finalize the requirements. Additionally, coordination with other designers was performed to coordinate all system requirements and the procurement documentation that was released for bidding.
