Project Description

The JW Group (JWG) was responsible for developing and documenting policies, procedures and process improvements for a number of airport business and functional areas for the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (RDUAA).  Over 40 policies and process improvements were developed and documented for Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables and Collections and Investments.  In addition, over 30 policies and procedures were developed in the areas of Health and Safety Management and Risk Management.  The final documents helped the Authority meet their goal of strategic organizational consistency across policies and procedures as well as helped with the upgrade of a number of back office systems the airport was about to embark on in the near term.
