Siemens AG / Airport Consulting Partners requested on-site (Germany) technical advisory and bid management services for the preparation of proposal documents for all IT, electrical distribution, conveying systems, security systems and special airport systems for the EUR 1.19 billion privatization investment of Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Deliverables included:
  • Preparation of Project Execution Plan
  • Coordination of sub-contractors and their respective offers
  • Review of construction costs, equipment and services
  • Development of implementation plan
  • Development of construction phasing
  • Preparation of all necessary project deliverables and commitments
